美国国家气象局预报，酷热将在本周席卷南加，一些地区的气温将达到三位数。
根据国家气象局的数据，预计本周一开始，南加州迎来高温，洛杉矶市中心至少达到 82 度，范奈斯达到 96 度，兰开斯特达到 110 度，圣克拉丽塔达到 104 度。羚羊谷的气温可能会超过 110 度。
