美国国会领导人本周日（20日）就一项近1万亿新冠经济救助计划达成协议，为企业和个人提供帮助，并向全国提供新冠疫苗。
参议院多数党领袖麦康奈尔本周日晚上从参议院发言宣布了这项协议。
协议将包括为大多数美国人提供每周300美元的临时失业救济金和600美元的纾困金。以及为遭受重创的企业提供新一轮补贴，补助学校、医疗工作者，并为租户提供资金防止被驱逐。
